• In case of a positive decision, we will offer you to sign a contract.

 

To conclude a contract, the following documents are required:​

• Child's passport or ID card;

• Passport or ID card of the parent;

To start attending, you must provide the following documents:

• Medical card of the child (form Nr.026/u), attainable from any local family doctor (general practitioner)
