All swimming training consists of 3 levels.

Level 1 to be able to hold your breath underwater for 10 seconds.

1. exercise - be able to hold over water for 10 seconds.

2. exercise - be able to hold your breath underwater for 10 seconds

2. the level of being able to lie on the water
2.1. The arms are extended over the head in the grip for 10 seconds

2.1.1 Be able to lie on your stomach for 10 seconds . (With the help of a trainer)

2.1.2 Be able to lie on your stomach for 10 seconds . (With the help of a trainer)

2.1.3 Be able to lie on your stomach for 10 seconds . (With the help of a trainer)

2.1.4 Be able to lie on your stomach for 10 seconds .

2.1.5 Be able to lie on your stomach for 10 seconds without assistance

2.1.5 Be able to lie on your stomach for 10 seconds without assistance (underwater)

2.2.1 Be able to lie on your back for 10 seconds.(With the help of a trainer)

2.2.2 Be able to lie on your back for 10 seconds.(With the help of a trainer)

2.2.3 Be able to lie on your back for 10 seconds.

2.2.4 Be able to lie on your back for 10 seconds without assistance

2.2.4 Be able to lie on your back for 10 seconds without assistance (Underwater)

3.level swimming style for survival
3.1 kicking exercise

3.2 exercise - rowing with your hands

3.3 Arms outstretched , the child swims by himself

3.4 exercise - swimming style for survival. (survival swim)
